Apricot Chicken

Serves 4

8 chicken pieces
1 pkt French onion soup
1 brown onion, diced
sea salt & cracked black pepper
500g can apricot nectar

Preheat oven to 180°C.
Place chicken pieces in a casserole dish with soup & onion & season with salt & pepper.
Add apricot nectar & stir.
Cover & bake for 1 1/2 hours.
Serve with rice.
