Makes 6-8 burgers
500g lean beef mince
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp mustard
1/2 cup tomato sauce
Burger buns of your choice
Coleslaw of your choice
Brown beef over medium heat in a deep frypan or saucepan with a little oil.
Drain if liquid has accumulated.
Add brown sugar, mustard and ketchup, stirring to combine
Allow to simmer for 5 min on low heat.
Serve on buns topped with ‘slaw.
